For some light entertainment or rainy day activities, the contemporary Writing Room at the Royal York & Faulkner Hotel, will keep you amused. Have a go at completing a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle or battle it out over a board game. You can also keep up with your favourite TV programmes or use the computer with free Wi-Fi access.

It was so lovely to stay in a hotel where the quality and service looks back to an era when it was commonplace. A very enjoyable stay!
